Jan Kuhlen advises in all areas of commercial law. His clients notably include agencies and tech companies. Jan Kuhlen advises boards of directors and managing directors on strategic decision-making.

He was a member of the Enquete-Commission Artificial Intelligence of the Federal Parliament from 2018-2020. The final report is available here.

After starting his career in a specialized commercial law firm, he moved to betahaus Berlin in 2012 before founding KUHLEN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten in 2015. There, he focused on advising innovative start-ups as well as companies from the creative industry and digital agencies on corporate and contract law issues. The goal is always to strengthen and develop the company's personality as well as to find economic solutions.
